This can take anywhere from four years or more. Seminary school is often required after you obtain a bachelors degree in arts. While not all churches demand this, most large religious covenants do. You essentially learn about faith in the lord, the bible directory, how to harvest hope for your community or fellowship, ways to worship Christ, and how to assist people with an independent journey toward God.

As someone who works for a Baptist, Lutheran, or Catholic church, you will typically work with other church officials, as well as your fellowship people who attend weekly. This can be a great responsibility, but can also be very rewarding as well.
